Our Customer Guarantee
We are proud of the wines we offer and the service we provide, and can confidently claim that our wines represent excellent quality combined with great value for money. We guarantee to deliver your wine within 5 working days or sooner. We also guarantee to be available to resolve any query, problem or complaint personally by E-mail or telephone.

Age restrictions – The law
We will not accept or deliver any order placed by anyone under the age of 18. Neither will we accept or deliver any order placed on behalf of any one under the age of 18.

Your Order
We will deliver orders in 6 bottle cases and 12 bottle cases or any multiple thereof. Cases can consist of any of the wines from our website or offer cases preselected by us. Prices The prices displayed on the website are the prices you pay.

Delivery
Orders will be delivered within 5 working days. Our delivery charge is £7.99 for either a 6 or 12 bottle case. Additional cases to the same address on the same consignment are charged at £4.00 extra per case. We only deliver to UK mainland with the exception of the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands. These areas will be subject to a surcharge. The majority of the Scottish highlands also attract an extra delivery charge. These surcharges are out of our control. Please contact us if you wish to place an order to these areas and we will try to ship at the best rates available. We do not deliver overseas.

Payment
On completion of your shopping you will be shown a goods total which you will be asked to confirm before the order is placed. Once you have confirmed, and given payments details a receipt E-mail will be sent to you, followed by despatch E-mail when your order is on its way. You have the right to cancel your order within seven days, from the date you confirmed your order. You are guaranteed a full money back refund for the cost of your wine. If the order has been despatched you will still be liable for the delivery charge and any charges to return your order. We will refund your money within 28 days of the return of your wine. Any wine returned must be in its original packaging and undamaged.

Security and Privacy
We use a secure payment portal called Worldpay. This is operated by NatWest/RBS. We do not see or have access to your card details, we are only told if the payment has been accepted or declined. We give a categorical guarantee that we will not pass any personal information to any third parties. The details that we do hold e.g. name, address, phone numbers etc will be held in accordance with the data protection act 1998 by which we are bound. If you wish to check, amend or delete any information we do have please contact us by E-mail we will undertake to reply within 3 working days wherever possible.

Returns
If you wish to return your wine because you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase we will replace or refund to the value of your purchase without fuss, provided the contents are returned intact and in their original packaging.

Complaints
We take customer service very seriously and we are proud of the service we offer. If you have any complaint whatsoever we want to hear from you. Please E-mail or telephone, we undertake to respond ASAP usually within 24 hrs

Your rights
Your rights are protected in the UK by the consumer protection laws
