Made from grapes of the Tempranillo and Garnacha varieties. After fermentation, the wine is put in to French and American oak casks where it is aged for 12 – 18 months, before bottling and laid down for a further 12 months to round off its aging process. It has a garnet colour with purple glints. Clear and bright. Drink at between 17 and 19 degrees Celsius. Ideal with meat and cheese.
